The end of my second year....the beginning of my third year

Dah lama sgt blog ni tak diupdate. Begitulah bznya diriku ini. Juggling everything around me,eventhough I know I am the worst jugglers on earth!.



Anyway, my second year of my PhD journey has come to an end. How to describe the journey so far?? well, the simplest sentences are; first year "tahun tak ketahuan", second year "tahun keperitan". heeeeee..



Apa taknya my first year, I cam pening pening lalat je...adjust segala benda dalam hidup. On top of that I have to change my topic, kena go through candidacy within 6 months selepas enrollment then b4 candidacy the graduate school changed one of my supervisors ( my supervisor and I tak de masalah- just they feel that theory yang I apply tak kena ngan background dia). Alhamdulillah, after going through all the hurdles , I managed to go back home and collect my data at the end of my first year.

My second year. Horrible! The core part is because I know nothing about data analysis. Meraban habih. My supervisors plak have limited knowledge about SEM. Apalagi , terkonteng konteng la diriku. Kena plak all other students either guna SPSS or PLS.Lagi lah stress tahab gaban. Alhamdulillah...daripada gelap gelita...akhirnya dah familiar le with CMIN, NFI, CFI, AGFI,RMSEA..Dah tau dah cam mana nak test direct, indirect, moderator, mediator, multigroup..

Cuma ada satu je problem lagi, since both of my supervisors memang blurrrrrr bab bab SEM/AMOS, they suggested I cari expert untuk confirm my work. Selepas mengemail sana sini, ada lah sorang Prof ni suruh I call dia to discuss benda nih.. Tiap tiap hari I doa muga Allah lembutkan hati this Prof nak melihat/confirm on my analysis. Harap harap I dapat habiskan analysis b4 new year menjelang...

Third year, bermula ngan my first presentation kat ANZAM Conference. Esok , I nak pegi Adelaide le.. suspen gak coz I am going there alone. At first, ingat nak angkut semua satu family. After kira duit dalam "tabung gajah" tak dapat le nak jalankan plan A tersebut. Jadi the whole of next week I akan berconference. Meaning, my hubby kena incharge of everything!. Thank you Abg. Muga Allah mudahkan perjalanan PhD Abg juga.

Gitu lah ceritanya.....muga third year ni akan nampak la sedikit cahaya...
p/s: kena siapkan 2 paper b4 February 2011...Satu apa pun belum buat...huaaaa....
