Kilang Duit/Perth Mint

How do you think you will feel when you were offered a job at Perth Mint? What about thinking yourself as a general manager there... Or to be more realistic and sensible, imagine yourself as an accountant there. ..Or you would like to be a little more down- to- earth..working as an executive there..emmmm....mesti seronok kan.
Jeng ! jeng ! jeng!.. my husband got an offer to work there. Of course not for the above positions but to fill in the most honorable job..."the cleaner" or bahasa kasarnya "pencuci toilet" or the upgrade version "floor engineer"...No worries.. kami satu family happy bebenor and bersyukur sesangat eventhough that job is just for 4 weeks .
We have been trying to minta kerja since January lagi, but bila recession ni those with student visa (limited working hours) memang perit/susah nak dapat kerja. Alhamdulillah, one of our friends nak kena balik Msia and he offered my husband to replace him.
Sebenornya, life (financially) memang perit especially for people like us yang dua dua belajar. Bukan tak nak kerja, cuma masalah visa and also time constraint especially we still have our little daughter yang memang kami tak mampu nak hantar childcare.. cost childcare dah naik lagi...the cheapest is $ 67-69 per day.. we are talking about perday rate babe!!
Disini Allah mengajar erti kesusahan, keperitan, kesabaran ..mengenalkan kami dgn pelbagai ragam manusia..mengajar kami menghadapi tekanan...membuat kami lebih menghargai masa....
Alhamdulillah atas segalanya..muga perjalanan PhD membantu membentuk kami menjadi manusia yang lebih baik...
Macam orang puteh cakap..No worries...when the going gets tough the tough get going....
p/s: pesanan penaja: "cucilah jamban untuk masa depan"
